Job summary

Signal & Strand is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead global product strategy across hardware, software, and ecosystem services. The role reports to the CEO, sits on the ELT, and owns the product vision end to end with delivery accountability.

Based in Southern California with a hybrid work model, you will align engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, and sales around one roadmap, driving growth, margin, and differentiation. Travel as needed.

• Senior product leader with global portfolio experience.
• Experience at hardware, software, and ecosystem integration.
• Strong command of product management, user-centered design, and engineering collaboration.
• Commercial mindset with margin, retail, and go-to-market understanding.
• Executive-level communication with CEO, board, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead global product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Build and scale a high-performing global product organization.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, supply chain, and marketing.
• Drive P&L outcomes with the commercial team.
