Job summary

FleishmanHillard, a global integrated public relations agency, is seeking a Vice President to join the TRUE Global Intelligence Team in a hybrid US location. The role focuses on analytics integration, client management, and data-driven insights across large client teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in research, strong analytics and storytelling abilities, and experience with media measurement and AI-enabled techniques.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models; client-service experience preferred.
• Experience in media measurement (earned/owned/paid).
• Expertise with media data collection tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Cision, Signal AI).
• Interest or experience in AI applications for analytics and AI-enabled techniques.
• Proven analytical and deductive reasoning; translate findings into insights.
• Strong project management; prioritize, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated research and analytics assignments.
• Advise clients and senior decision-makers with strategic recommendations.
• Counsel clients and account leadership on intelligence practices and data integration.
• Create client-ready proposals for research design, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project financials; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure processes and documentation meet quality standards.
• Lead junior staff and provide professional development opportunities.
• Present research findings to clients and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Counsel clients on measurement best practices; define KPIs and benchmarks.
