Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Program Manager Governance Manager at SVP level to lead the maturity of Citi's Project Management Governance Framework globally, under the Citi Program Management Council (CPMC).

The role provides strategic leadership, oversees PM policies, standards, and guidance, and advises the CPMC to ensure PM requirements are integrated across Lines of Business and Global Functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Program/Project Management, PMO governance, or large-scale delivery.
• Experience designing or managing enterprise PM governance frameworks.
• Regulatory acumen with audits and remediation programs.
• Knowledge of Citi Policy/Standards; Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across project/program governance and drive maturity.
• Develop and refine PM documentation with clear alignment across enterprise.
• Lead CPMC governance, chartering, and key governance meetings.
• Direct CPMC Taskforce; track, report, and escalate PM initiatives.
• Support regulatory exams and internal/external audits with evidence.
