• Knowledge of Citi PM Policy and Standards across Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid.

Reporting to the Head of PM Governance and Capabilities, this position is responsible for driving the maturity of Citi's Project Management Governance Framework under the direction of the Citi Program Management Council (CPMC).Job Purpose:The Program Manager Governance Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight to drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous maturity of Citi’s Project Management (PM) Governance Framework globally. Reporting to the Head of PM Governance and Capabilities within Global Program Governance (GPG), this role leads a high-performing team of Program Managers dedicated to developing, maintaining, and socializing robust PM Policies, Standards, Procedures, and guidance documentation.The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to the Citi Program Management Council (CPMC), ensuring that PM requirements are seamlessly integrated, clearly communicated, and consistently executed across all Lines of Business (LOBs) and Global Functions.
