Qualifications

12+ years of agency/related experience in Finance, Investment, Commercial, Data/Tech/Tools, or Operations.
Experience in Media, Retail Media, CRM, Creative, Production, Influencer or PR.

Responsibilities

Build innovative commercial proposals linking strategy to Publicis capabilities, tools, talent, pricing and incentives.
Oversee multi‑market proposals, consolidating responses into a compelling global offer.
Develop new revenue streams in partnership with other groups and monetize platforms where possible.
Collaborate with Data, Tech and Tools leaders to craft value‑based pricing models.
Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing guidance on strategic commercial approaches and negotiations.
