Qualificações

• 12+ years of professional software engineering, 6+ years in backend/distributed systems.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building production LLM-powered apps.
• Strong Python/Java/Go mastery and async programming.
• Experience with container orchestration and data stores.
• Security-conscious with zero-trust patterns.
