MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure division seeks a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy, governance, and growth across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure operations. Reporting to the CE&I CFO and Infrastructure EVP, this role oversees budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance for a broad set of construction-related activities across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior financial management experience in a large, geographically dispersed Infrastructure EPC or industrial organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• CPA or CA designation preferred.
• Experience within a large, publicly traded organization strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Executive Leadership: Serve as a core member of the CEI finance leadership team and participate in strategy development.
• Financial Management & Reporting: Lead budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and reporting; ensure internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Project Controls & Risk Management: Drive project financial management, risk mitigation, and visibility into margin performance.
• Finance Operations & Transformation: Lead finance operations, ERP projects, and post-acquisition integrations; drive process improvements.
• Talent & Organizational Development: Develop talent plans, coach leaders, and build succession plans; foster integrity and accountability.
