Job summary

New Leaf Energy seeks a Senior Vice President, Finance and Capital to lead all finance and accounting functions, shape financial strategy, and enable rapid growth. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the executive team and board on strategic opportunities and capital deployment.

The ideal candidate has deep renewable energy finance experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to balance vision with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in a growth-oriented renewables company.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and processes for sustainable growth.
• Experience leading capital raises and capital markets activities, including tax equity.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute NLE’s financial strategy and capital structure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team; oversee FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, payroll, audit, and reporting.
• Lead capital strategy and capital markets activities; manage investor and lender relationships.
