Morgan Stanley is seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President to focus on equity derivatives trading within the Corporate Derivatives Trading desk of the IED. The role involves structuring, pricing, hedging and risk management for corporate and wealth management clients, with collaboration across traders and desks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in equity derivatives trading, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Minimum of three years experience in equity derivatives trading.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for valuing complex derivative payoffs and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Structuring and pricing derivative transactions for corporate and wealth management clients.
• Managing and hedging trading books daily with traders and external counterparties.
• Conducting fundamental and market-driven analysis of equities and markets to assess risk.
• Partnering with colleagues across Global Capital Markets to develop client solutions and opportunities.
• Driving tech and infrastructure initiatives to enhance trading, risk management, and ops.
