Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on C++ development in low-latency environments.
• Expertise in modern C++ (C++17/20) and performance optimization.
• Strong background in network protocols and kernel-bypass technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and evolution of the market data platform for ultra-low latency.
• Lead performance optimization of C++ feed handlers and distribution systems.
• Define technical roadmap and standards for market data technology across Equities.
• Collaborate with Quant Research, Algo Trading Development, and Infrastructure teams.
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers and conduct architectural/code reviews.
• Ensure system stability, monitoring, failover, and recovery mechanisms.
