Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Next Gen Electronic Trading initiatives. The role is based in New York City, NY with Jersey City, NJ as a secondary onsite location.

The candidate will drive architecture and delivery for algorithmic trading platforms, focusing on low-latency, high-throughput systems and robust FIX protocol integration. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of electronic trading, market data and execution strategies, along with a track record of

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert in Core Java.
• Experience with algorithmic trading systems.
• Knowledge of smart order routing.
• Benchmark execution algorithms.
• FIX protocol expertise.
• Experience building low-latency, performance-sensitive systems.
• Background in investment banks, market makers, prop trading firms, exchanges, or electronic trading.
• Domain expertise in electronic trading, market data, algorithmic execution, and capital markets technology.

Salary Range

$200k to $230k per annum

• Demonstrate both deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of trading environments.
