Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Vice President, Compliance to lead the organization’s enterprise compliance and privacy program across multiple states and practices. The role reports to the CEO and partners with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, legal, IT, and physician leadership to ensure independent, effective compliance functions.

The candidate will set risk-based frameworks, oversee monitoring and investigations, manage third-party oversight, and ensure state privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, law, finance, nursing, health information management, public health, or related field required.
• JD, MHA, MPH, MBA, or other advanced degree strongly preferred; extensive leadership in a complex, multi-site healthcare org.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Program across all entities and facilities.
• Report to CEO and governing bodies on risks, investigations, and program effectiveness.
• Chair enterprise compliance committee; establish accountability, escalation, and decision processes.
