Job summary

Synerfac Inc in Melbourne, FL seeks a VP of Commercial & Electrical Projects to lead electrical project management across industrial and commercial sectors. You will drive bids, manage a team of superintendents and project managers, and develop client relationships with general contractors.

You will help shape strategy for expanding into new Florida markets and represent the company at industry events and client visits. This is a permanent, on-site, senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical project management experience in industrial & commercial construction.
• Recent experience managing Electrical Superintendents and Electrical Project Managers.
• Recent experience winning bids.
• Prior experience as an Electrician in the field, ideally over 7 years ago.
• Public sector construction experience is preferred (schools, police stations, pump/lift stations, etc)

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for winning bids and projects for the organization
• Lead a team of Superintendents and Project Managers
• Build and develop relationships with GCs
• Represent the company by attending industry events and with visiting clients
• Help develop the strategy for expanding into new Florida markets
