Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 15 years in claims operations management and digital transformation.
Strong analytical and communication abilities; regulatory and compliance knowledge.
Advanced degree in business, technology, analytics, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the digital claims strategy and transformation roadmap.
Lead analytics, AI, automation, and technology initiatives across claims operations.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital solutions and pilot testing across programs.
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all digital initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performance team with clear accountability.
