Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC) seeks a dynamic Senior Vice President of Development to lead fundraising and philanthropic strategy for the organization and the PCSC Foundation.

Reporting to the CEO, this newly created executive leadership role shapes the future of philanthropy for one of South Carolina's leading senior living ministries, with responsibilities spanning major gifts, annual campaigns, planned giving, and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of fundraising/development experience.
• Experience working with faith-based organizations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Planned giving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term philanthropic strategies to increase charitable giving, planned gifts, and donor engagement.
• Lead the vision, design, and execution of major funds, annual fundraising priorities, and capital campaigns.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donor prospects statewide, including residents and their families.
• Promote planned giving.
• Provide executive oversight of Foundation operations, staffing, and budget management.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, which include Board interaction.
