Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Compliance to lead the development and execution of the company’s compliance program as it transitions toward commercialization and launch readiness. This role demands strategic risk management and a proactive approach to healthcare regulation.

You will establish policies and governance, oversee audits and investigations, promote ethics, implement training programs, and leverage analytics and AI tools for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in biotech/pharma compliance.
• Deep knowledge of FDA regulations, Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act.
• Proven track record building or enhancing compliance programs.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.
