Job summary

Banner Health seeks a Senior Vice President, Clinical Advancement to lead enterprise efforts transforming care delivery through digital tools and standardized clinical consensus groups. You will partner with physicians, nurses, and IT to implement innovations that simplify workflows, elevate quality, and enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, health services administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible managerial experience in a major health care organization or system.
• Experience with implementing large technology advancements to improve clinical quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise efforts to enhance care delivery through innovative technology across inpatient, ED, ambulatory, clinic, and telehealth settings.
• Drive clinical consensus groups (CCGs/CHARGE) and oversee technology enablement for physicians, APPs, nurses, therapists, and staff.
• Assess emerging technology and articulate a vision for how it will ease clinicians’ daily workflows and improve patient care.
• Direct, supervise, and develop staff while ensuring accountability, performance targets, and continuous quality improvement.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align strategy, governance, and operations.
