Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the clinical operations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee global clinical programs, timelines, budgets, and quality across phases and indications.
• Partner across clinical development, regulatory, biometrics, and safety to shape development plans.
• Build and lead a high-performing, patient-focused team for global growth.
• Establish governance, metrics, and risk management for clinical studies.
• Manage CROs, vendors, and sites to ensure high standards and efficiency.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor management to optimize speed and cost.
