Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brokering, underwriting, or executive liability experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Property & Casualty license required within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and negotiate with carriers to secure coverage.
• Present renewal strategies and market dynamics to clients.
• Develop client programs and opportunities with internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with external client contacts and prospects.
• Deliver client and prospect presentations with senior team.
• Leverage underwriter relationships to improve broking results.
• Coordinate with FSG claims and legal advocacy as needed.
• Apply negotiation skills to secure optimal broking results.
