Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Vice President, Association Banking to drive new business in the Community Association Industry. The role requires heavy travel, client relationship management, and active participation in industry events.

You will promote and educate clients on banking products, service levels, and underwriting requirements while supporting sales targets and regional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by offering association banking services to the Community Association Industry.
• Grow existing client relationships and cross-sell products and services.
• Attend industry events and trade shows, and participate in CAI activities.
• Travel up to 75% across assigned territory and to national conferences.
• Communicate banking services via email, presentations, and meetings.
