Qualifications

• 7+ years of internal or external auditing experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or relevant financial services experience).
• Experience with internal audit methodology and execution of audits.
• Solid understanding of internal control concepts and risk evaluation.
• Knowledge of laws/regulatory requirements (e.g., 12 CFR 9) in asset management.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and assets including alternatives.
• Experience with data analytics and large language models; innovative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audits from planning to reporting with quality deliverables.
• Finalize findings and provide overall opinion on control environment with recommendations.
• Collaborate with global Audit colleagues to identify emerging control issues.
• Partner with risk, compliance, external auditors, and regulators maintaining independence.
• Manage audit team members with timely reviews and constructive feedback.
• Implement continuous auditing program and monitor key metrics.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting Asset Management.
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiency via automation and new technologies.
• Protect confidentiality of Internal Audit communications.
