Qualifications

• Finance or Investment Banking experience within a Financial Institutions focused group (1-4 years of experience).
• Superior valuation, modeling, and Excel skills evaluating financial assets.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented with strong accounting, finance, modeling, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities with detailed valuation and financial modeling.
• Prepare and present due diligence materials and investment memos.
• Monitor portfolio companies and quarterly valuations; assist with deal execution.
• Interface and negotiate with external counterparties.
