Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a senior, visionary leader to serve as SVP of Product Management for the Sprinklr Service suite, a multi‑hundred million dollar business growing at double digits. You will own end‑to‑end product ownership across CCaaS, Telephony, Workforce Management, Community, AI Agent Copilot, and AI Agents.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and global team leadership to deliver durable growth, profitability, and exceptional user outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years product management experience, with 10+ years in leadership.
• Global enterprise SaaS experience, CX/CCaaS domain preferred.
• Full product lifecycle, engineering and technical leadership.
• Proven AI-driven product transformation and monetisation.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to shape category-defining products.
• Thought leadership and industry influence.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Budget, vendor and resource management skills.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Global team leadership experience and strategic intuition.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelise the AI-native product strategy across Sprinklr Service.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: definition, roadmap, delivery, growth, monetisation.
• Drive AI-first product decisions, architecture, APIs, integrations and data models.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Sales.
• Engage with executives, customers and industry forums to shape market impact.
• Build scalable processes for high-velocity innovation and execution.
