Sprinklr is seeking a senior, visionary SVP of Product Management for the Sprinklr Service suite. You will lead a multi-year, AI-driven product strategy across CCaaS, Telephony, and AI Agents to drive durable growth and profitability.

The role demands deep leadership, global enterprise SaaS expertise, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes, with responsibility for end-to-end product ownership and a high say-do ratio across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years product management experience with 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global enterprise SaaS product organizations with deep expertise in customer service / CX platforms (CCaaS preferred).
• Extensive experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including engineering and technical leadership.
• Strong track record in AI-driven product transformation and monetization.
• Exceptional strategic thinker with strong execution in delivery and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and drive the AI-native product strategy and management.
• Own the full product lifecycle across the Service suite, including roadmap and delivery.
• Drive growth, pricing, and monetization strategy for Sprinklr Service modules.
• Ensure profitability and business performance with measurable outcomes.
• Champion AI-native experiences and scalable product delivery across geographies.
