Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking an SVP of Accounting Operations to lead enterprise accounting, build the team, systems, and controls that support growth and financial integrity.

Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee accounting operations, deliver reliable consolidated reporting, and partner with executives to strengthen controls and prepare for future transactions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership of an accounting function of comparable complexity.
• Strong GAAP expertise including consolidation and revenue recognition.
• Experience integrating accounting operations, improving financial systems, and leading internal controls/audits.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or similar system.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial reporting and technical accounting: close, consolidated statements, intercompany, GAAP policies, and communicate judgments to leadership.
• Unify accounting practices across entities; drive NetSuite/workflow improvements with global teams and advisors.
• Own internal control framework, audits, and tax processes; ensure segregation of duties and proper system access controls.
• Support investor diligence, quality of earnings reviews, acquisitions, and future transactions; manage equity records with Legal and CFO.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, billing, collections, payroll, commissions, and cash controls.
