Job summary

Menominee-Delta-Schoolcraft Community Action Agency is seeking a Retired & Senior Volunteer Program Volunteer Coordinator to supervise, train, and guide volunteers, ensuring compliance with program grants and contracts.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers up to 16 hours per week at $15.80 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, a 403(b) retirement plan, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in human services preferred.
• Experience supervising and working with older adults preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Must submit to a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for supervising, training and overseeing the general welfare of the program’s volunteers, ensuring compliance with the conditions of the program’s grants and contracts.
