Job summary

OSC Edge in Quantico, Virginia is seeking a Senior VoIP Engineer to manage all components of the Cisco Unified Communication Manager cluster. The role involves monitoring voice and video resources, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable security standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in communications systems and hold a TOP SECRET clearance. Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance and must be eligible for a TS/SCI.
• Five or more years of experience designing, building, and/or maintaining communications systems.
• Prior experience with dynamic and static IPv4 routing and integrating with an external SIP provider.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages Cisco Unified Communication Manager cluster.
• Monitors performance and status of voice and video resources.
• Troubleshoots voice related issues and outages.
