Job summary

YUM is seeking a Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) Senior Voice Engineer to architect future voice infrastructure. You will drive the telephony roadmap, test advanced voice tech, and manage vendor relationships while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in collaboration platforms and Enterprise Voice administration, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical engineering experience in collaboration platforms from multiple vendors.
• 3-5 years of Enterprise Voice administration experience with knowledge of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice or Cisco Webex Contact Center.
• Webex Contact Center reporting or development experience preferred.
• Experience in vendor management and internal customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop the roadmap for telephony solutions and test new voice technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure top-tier service.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to gather data and solve problems.
• Create weekly status reports and communicate priorities to leadership.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for voice and Contact Center technologies.
