Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Product Manager for CRM Voice AI, leading two pods that build and deploy autonomous voice agents for enterprise customers. You will own the customer outcomes and learnings feeding into the platform roadmap, working closely with product managers and engineers.

You’ll collaborate across pods to scale production voice AI experiences, shaping agent design patterns and evaluation frameworks used across the product line.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent technical role.
• Hands-on experience building/evaluating AI agents or conversational AI.
• Comfort with data and evaluation and scaling systems.
• Experience working with customers on technical products.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to read code and API contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead two enterprise pods, managing full build lifecycle from design to go-live.
• Own agent design, build, and evaluation for the pods.
• Develop tooling/insights layer to improve voice agents and framework evaluation.
