ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Manager for CRM Voice AI in the Santa Clara area. The role focuses on leading two pods with enterprise customers, designing and shipping voice agents, and shaping platform roadmaps.

You will work closely with engineers and a product manager to translate customer outcomes into scalable product learning and assets. You will own both the customer outcome and the product learning, using evaluation frameworks and analytics to improve agent behavior and system

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 5+ years of product management or equivalent technical role ownership.
• Comfort with data and evaluation; measure and scale.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical products.
• Strong technical foundation; read code and discuss API contracts.
• Instinct for repeatable processes; scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Run two pods closely with two enterprise customers from build to go-live.
• Develop tooling and intelligence layer for voice agents, including evaluation frameworks, analytics, and admin UX.
