Qualifications

VMware expertise with a VCP certification or equivalent (5+ years).
8+ years in enterprise environments with SAN/VMware knowledge.
8+ years of VMware ESX administration experience.
Capacity planning based on technical analysis and research.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, test, monitor, and maintain system hardware and software.
Develop and implement design documentation and support procedures.
Coordinate with application and infrastructure groups to understand requirements.
Maintain security guidelines and promote information security among coworkers.
Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a team.
