Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to design and build our private cloud infrastructure on VMware Cloud Foundation. You will ensure high availability and security of virtualized services.

The ideal candidate has extensive VMware experience, strong automation skills, and knowledge of financial regulatory standards. Responsibilities include architecting cloud environments, developing API services, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience integrating virtualization infrastructure in highly regulated environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with VMware ecosystem and administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage private cloud environments using VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Implement automation workflows for VM lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
