Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Visualization (RAIB) to support enterprise Responsible AI and Model Risk Management through dashboards, reporting, and analytics frameworks.

You will partner with business leaders and data scientists to transform governance data into meaningful insights through dashboards and analytics. Design and maintain dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, build SQL data models, define KPIs for governance, and present findings to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI, analytics, AI governance, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Advanced SQL with complex joins and data modeling.
• Experience designing KPIs and executive reporting frameworks.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leaders.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise AI governance dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop reporting frameworks for model inventories, risk ratings, review status, controls testing, and compliance activities.
• Create advanced SQL queries and data models for governance repositories and audit trails.
• Define and track Responsible AI KPIs, including fairness metrics and governance indicators.
• Translate AI risk findings into executive- and board-ready presentations and visuals.
• Develop automated reporting pipelines using Python and/or R.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and governance processes.
• Evaluate new analytics and governance technologies to enhance AI risk management capabilities.
