Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to design and own end-to-end data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and automated reporting for the AIM28 program. You will partner with finance to codify KPI definitions and benefit realization, delivering executive-grade analytics and self-service capabilities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions.
• Degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, benefits, investments, and value realization.
• Develop executive-facing reporting for monthly meetings and reviews.
• Automate end-to-end reporting with validated data flows.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple sources.
• Establish business logic and metric definitions for trusted reporting.
• Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders and ensure adoption.
