Astrana Health, Inc. seeks a senior BI/Analytics professional to own Power BI dashboards and Databricks-based reporting for Risk Adjustment Analytics. You will transform healthcare data into actionable insights and serve as a SME for strategic analytics initiatives.

In this role, you will lead dashboard development, design scalable data models, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with stakeholders to deliver executive-ready insights and automated reporting across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of BI/Analytics/Data Engineering experience with enterprise-scale reporting.
• Advanced Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance tuning.
• SQL development across large datasets and cloud environments.
• Databricks/Spark experience for data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Healthcare analytics experience including claims, RAF, HCC, Medicare programs.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements for executives and stakeholders.
• Mentoring and technical leadership in BI/analytics projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reporting for Risk Adjustment programs.
• Design scalable data models, semantic layers, KPIs, scorecards and executive dashboards.
• Develop Databricks-based pipelines, datasets, and analytics workflows.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Perform advanced analysis of claims, member, provider, RAF, HCC, and risk data.
• Ensure data quality, validation, governance, and consistent reporting across units.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for BI projects.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
• Support strategic initiatives, executive presentations, and ad hoc requests.
• Serve as a production support resource for dashboards and enhancements.
