Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead visual strategy and design execution for growth marketing, shaping how the brand appears across the member journey. You’ll craft systems and campaigns that translate clinical and product value into clear, compelling experiences that enroll and engage members.

You will mentor designers, raise the quality bar, and balance craft, speed, and impact in a fast-paced, agile environment while collaborating with Growth Marketing, Product, Content

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual design experience in brand, growth marketing, integrated campaigns, or related environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design across digital channels (web, email, landing pages, etc.).
• Experience leading visual strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns or product launches.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building or evolving design systems and component libraries.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally and using performance data to inform creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design vision for growth marketing initiatives to translate propositions into compelling visuals that drive enrollment.
• Launch new member offerings and experiences with scalable assets and systems.
• Design integrated campaigns across channels to move members from awareness to action.
• Define the end-to-end member journey with consistent, intuitive, and impactful experiences.
• Mentor designers and raise the design quality bar across the team.
