Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead visual strategy and design execution for growth marketing, driving member enrollment through memorable brand experiences. You’ll shape visual systems and campaigns across the full member journey.

You’ll mentor designers, balance craft and speed in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Content Strategy, Creative Operations, and leadership to align creative work with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual design experience in brand, growth marketing, or related environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design across digital channels.
• Experience leading visual strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns or product launches.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building design systems.
• Experience partnering with marketing, product, and content stakeholders using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design vision for growth marketing initiatives and translate value propositions into visual narratives.
• Lead design for new products and member experiences from concept to launch.
• Design integrated campaigns across channels to move members from awareness to enrollment.
• Scale design systems, templates, and components for rapid, consistent output.
• Mentor other designers and raise the team’s craft and standards.
