Job summary

Hinge Health in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Lead Visual Designer to drive the visual strategy for growth marketing, translating clinical and product value into compelling brand experiences that enroll members.

You'll mentor designers, shape scalable design systems, and lead end-to-end campaigns across channels, balancing craft, speed, and business impact in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual design experience in brand, growth marketing, integrated campaigns, or related environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design across web, email, paid media, landing pages, and brand storytelling.
• Experience leading visual strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, or member-facing go-to-market initiatives.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building or evolving design systems, templates, and component libraries.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content stakeholders and using performance data or experimentation results to inform creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design vision for growth marketing initiatives: translating complex clinical and product value propositions into compelling visual narratives that drive enrollment.
• Bring new products to market: Launch new member offerings and experiences, building creative systems and campaign assets that introduce new value clearly and effectively.
• Design integrated campaigns across channels: Lead visual development for integrated campaigns to create cohesive experiences that move members from awareness to action.
• Define the end-to-end member journey: Shape how the brand appears across key touchpoints, ensuring experiences are visually strong, consistent, intuitive, and impactful.
• Scale and evolve design systems: Architect and maintain scalable libraries, templates, and components for fast, high-quality output.
• Mentor and raise the bar: Guide designers through feedback and coaching, establishing standards for creative excellence.
