Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Visual Designer/Deck Designer to lead high-impact decks and social-forward content for marketing and presentations. You will translate data into clear visuals, craft typography, and adapt formats for 16:9, 9:16, and wide formats.

Work with senior designers and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, deliver on tight deadlines, and explore AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design and Social-first content.
• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-informed creative: interpreting performance metrics to optimize design decisions.
• Social-first philosophy: portfolio shows platform-specific designs for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Creative excellence: strong typography, color theory, composition and brand consistency.
• Strategic problem-solving: translating brand messages into compelling narratives.
• Expert toolset: proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma; familiar with AI-assisted workflows.
• Attention to detail: pixel-perfect visuals across devices and platforms.
• Adaptability: pivot quickly with platform updates and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of high-priority creative requests with rapid turnaround while maintaining brand standards.
• Design data-driven decks: translate data sets into clear charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Apply advanced typography and layout to structure slides and create scannable, impactful narratives.
• Adapt templates and formats for 16:9, 9:16, and wide-format displays; build scalable design systems.
• Create social assets (static/animated) per platform specs when needed.
• Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to ensure brand-consistent visuals.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate production and explore new creative directions.
• Manage stakeholder feedback and estimate delivery timelines; prioritize tasks in Agile fashion.
• Monitor trends to keep outputs ahead of industry developments.
