Job summary

7AI is hiring a Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual layer of the Agentic Security Platform, shaping typography, color, layout, iconography, and data visualization. You will own the design system and raise the craft across the team in a fast-paced startup.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-fidelity interfaces, turn UX flows into polished components, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation across dashboards and data-dense workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in visual/UI/product design.
• Portfolio with typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and data visualization.
• Experience designing for complex, data-rich products and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual language of the platform with a focus on clean, legible interfaces on technical surfaces.
• Develop high fidelity patterns and building blocks across dashboards and workflows.
• Turn UX flows into polished, reusable components with assets and specs for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build interfaces with real visual fidelity.
• Drive consistency across the design system and document contributions to one visual standard.
• Provide feedback to lift the team’s visual craft and growth.
