Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or product design with a strong visual focus.
• Portfolio demonstrates typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and data visualization.
• Experience designing for complex, data-rich products.
• Experience building or leading contributions to a design system with a visual focus.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Attention to detail in spacing, alignment, and polish.
• Ability to give direction and feedback to other designers.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual language of the platform for clean, legible interfaces on data-heavy surfaces.
• Collaborate to develop high fidelity patterns across dashboards and data-dense workflows.
• Turn UX flows into polished, production-ready components with assets and specs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build interfaces with real visual fidelity.
• Drive rigor and consistency across the design system and document contributions.
• Raise the bar on craft and help the design team grow their visual skills.
