Job summary

Taskrabbit is seeking a Visual Designer to shape and elevate Taskrabbit's visual identity across marketing, product, and partner channels. This role will own the art direction behind campaigns to translate our brand platform into breakthrough visual storytelling.

You will set the visual standard, direct photo/video productions from concept through post, and build scalable design systems enabling a growing creative team to produce high-quality work at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative marketing, brand design, or art direction role.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft and art direction with campaign results.
• Directing photo and video productions from concept through post-production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Illustration and icon design skills.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Strong typography, visual hierarchy, and brand guidelines expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for leadership alignment.
• Experience adapting assets for a global brand with localization considerations.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-project coordination.
• Track record of originating campaign concepts, not just executing briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own art direction and global visual identity across markets and channels.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end from concept to final delivery.
• Direct photo and video shoots, guiding production and post.
• Develop a scalable visual design system and templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional channel leads for format adaptation.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on design work.
• Coach and onboard team members on tools, processes, and craft.
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflows to boost speed and quality.
• Measure design performance and inform creative decisions.
