Job summary

Taskrabbit in New York City is seeking a senior Visual Designer to shape the company’s visual identity across marketing, product, and partner channels. You will own art direction for campaigns, translate our brand platform into breakthrough visuals, and lead photo/video shoots from concept through post‑production.

You will build a scalable design system, collaborate with design, brand, social, PR and growth teams, and ensure consistent, high‑quality visuals across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative marketing, brand design or art direction
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft and art direction, with campaign results
• Proven experience directing photo and video productions from concept through post
• Proficient in Adobe CC and Figma; strong illustration and icon design skills

Responsibilities

• Own art direction and visual identity for global brand campaigns
• Lead photo and video shoots, brief production partners, direct on set, guide post‑production
• Develop scalable visual design system, templates and style guidance
• Work with cross‑functional teams to adapt visuals across email, social, video and in‑store
• Balance hands‑on design with strategic art direction and process improvements
• Measure visuals performance and optimize campaigns with stakeholders
