Job description

Location: This position is remote within the United States.

What you will do

1. Create compelling brand experiences through thoughtful visual design, UI elements, typography, color, layout, and interaction models
2. Design solutions for both simple and complex user tasks, across responsive web and mobile
3. Work within established brand guidelines while pushing creativity forward
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and project management to bring designs to life
5. Deliver development-ready assets and support creative leads in production
6. Contribute to internal initiatives and new business pitches
7. Stay current with design trends and bring inspiration and knowledge to the broader team
8. Mentor junior designers and help foster a strong creative culture

What we expect from you

1. 5+ years of experience designing outstanding digital experiences (responsive websites, mobile apps, etc.)
2. 2+ years working in an agency or consultancy setting
3. AI knowledge and experience is a big plus
4. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–3 at a time)
5. Strong portfolio showcasing clean, effective, and creative visual systems—please include a link and clearly indicate your role
6. Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, mobile standards, systems design, and agile development workflows
7. Familiar with accessibility standards and best practices
8. Passionate about design craft, branding, and scalable visual systems
9. Experience with transactional flows, purchase optimization, or other complex systems is a plus
10. Comfortable working with big brands and presenting work to clients
11. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
12. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and prototyping tools; motion design experience is a plus
13. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
