Job summary

Pangram Labs in Brooklyn seeks a Senior Brand Designer to define and evolve our visual identity across brand, web, and campaigns. You will collaborate directly with founders, growth, design, and product teams to scale our design system from core concepts to live experiences.

You will own design across website, marketing assets, social visuals, and merch, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and craft from concept to polish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Visual or Brand Designer.
• Strong experience designing and shipping modern, interactive web experiences.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand, visual, and graphic design work across touchpoints.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color and art directions.
• Hands on experience shipping real products to users.
• Exceptional visual craftsmanship and taste.
• Strong attention to consistency and detail.
• Experience collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership, define and evolve Pangram’s visual identity and system across brand, web, and product touchpoints.
• Build and maintain cohesive brand assets, guidelines and documentations.
• Design and ship Pangram’s main website and other brand experiences.
• Work with growth team to create marketing materials and assets across formats: social media, launch announcements, campaign visuals, sales collateral, event materials and merchandises.
• Work with product team to bring brand into product experiences.
• Set the quality bar for how Pangram looks and feels, QA across the stack.

About the Role

As a Senior Brand Designer at Pangram Labs, you will own how Pangram shows up in the world – across brand, web, and marketing campaigns. You will work directly with the founders, head of growth, our lead designer and product manager to join a design function that is just beginning to take shape. You will have the opportunity to connect Pangram’s visual identity directly to Pangram's mission to be the voice of authenticity across the Internet.

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Brooklyn office reporting to our Design Lead.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership, define and evolve Pangram’s visual identity and system across brand, web, and product touchpoints

Qualifications

You are a great fit for this role if you have

• 5+ years of experience as a Visual or Brand Designer, ideally in a tech-focused company
• Strong experience designing and shipping modern, interactive web experiences
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand, visual, and graphic design work and application across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color and art directions.
• Hands on experience shipping real products to users
• Exceptional visual craftsmanship and taste
• Strong attention to consistency and detail
• Experience in collaborating with product and cross-functional teams
