Job summary

Pangram is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own how Pangram shows up in the world across brand, web, and marketing campaigns. You will work directly with the founders and growth team to shape a design function that is just beginning to take shape.

You will own visual identity, craft brand assets, and ship the main website and experiences, collaborating with product and marketing to ensure consistent, high‑quality brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand design in tech.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand, visual, and graphic design work across touchpoints.
• Strong typography, layout, color and art direction.
• Hands on experience shipping real products to users.
• Strong attention to consistency and detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership, define and evolve Pangram’s visual identity and system across brand, web, and product touchpoints.
• Build and maintain cohesive brand assets, guidelines and documentation.
• Design and ship Pangram’s main website and other brand experiences.
• Collaborate with growth to create marketing materials across social, launches, campaigns, collateral, and merch.
• Collaborate with product to bring brand into product experiences.
• Set the quality bar for Pangram’s look and feel and QA across the stack.
