Job summary

Sixthman seeks a Sr. Visual Communications & Environmental Graphics Specialist to lead onboard environmental graphics and branded activations across Festivals at Sea. You will partner with creative, event, operations, and vendor teams from concept through installation, sailing operations, and post-event evaluation.

The role requires strong project leadership, large-format print expertise, and travel to multiple events. Located in or near Atlanta, with travel worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Design, Event Production, or Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental graphics, experiential marketing, or related project management.
• Experience with multiple complex projects from concept to installation.
• Experience collaborating with agencies, print vendors, fabricators, and installers.
• Strength in large-format print production and installation processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and budgeting skills.
• Hospitality, live events, or cruise operations experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; Atlanta area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, production, and execution of onboard environmental graphics and activations.
• Manage RFQ scope definition, bids, and vendor recommendations.
• Serve as the primary project manager from concept to installation and post-event review.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop production schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review files, proofs, and fabrication specs for accuracy and branding.
• Create installation plans, maps, and activation guides for shipboard execution.
• Support client presentations, renderings, and project documentation with vendors.
• Lead post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
