Job summary

Social Influence LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Graphics Project Manager to lead projects from handoff to completion. You will review scope, drawings, budgets and timelines, coordinate with contractors, architects and customers, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing environmental, architectural, experiential graphics, signage, print, construction or installation projects.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, elevations and site plans.
• Experience collaborating with contractors, architects, builders, customers, vendors and installers.
• Experience managing timelines, scope, budgets, change orders, installation schedules and closeout items.
• Comfort visiting job sites and communicating with field teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow up, organization, and ownership.
• Professional, dependable and cross-department ready.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handoff through final completion.
• Review scope, drawings, specs, site conditions, measurements, materials, timelines and budgets.
• Read and understand blueprints, elevations, site plans and related docs.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, architects, builders, vendors, installers and internal teams.
• Manage approvals, revisions, scope changes, change orders and punch lists.
• Coordinate site readiness, access, field measurements and installation timing.
• Track status, provide updates, follow up, and escalate issues early.
• Travel to job sites and customer locations as needed.
• Support a team-focused culture built on ownership and accountability.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
