Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalency) with strong design background.
• 10 years of design experience, preferably in internal communications, corporate communications, presentation design, or change management contexts.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication, information design, and professional design work.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership communications into visual systems; develop charts, infographics, and visual assets for dense messaging.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong brand consistency and high design quality.
• Choose platforms and tools based on asset use, sharing, editing, and maintenance needs; maintain templates and brand guardrails.
• AI Tool Integration and Brand Stewardship: leverage productivity AI tools to design standardized templates for leadership use.
• Produce motion, animation, and transition graphics to support communications and presentations.
