Job summary

Bytoa is seeking a Senior Visual Analyst to support the Data Analytics Team (DAT) with web design, development, and hosting. You will create expert-level graphics and serve as the point of contact for websites, advising on best practices for business solutions and engaging with senior leadership to interpret requirements.

You will translate concepts into graphics and websites, guiding content generation and deployment while aligning with organizational initiatives and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in designing and implementing customer web-based solutions.
• 5+ years’ experience gathering customer requirements; leading customer process or requirements gathering sessions or technical exchanges.
• Demonstrated experience in User Interface and User Experience design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of web and content management architecture, and demonstrated experience.
• Experience with web security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, implement, deploy, and maintain web site deployments.
• Understand and be able to manipulate web content and leverage content generation tools.
• Translate broad concepts into pointed graphics that represent written words in a visual manner; design and create graphics in support of organizational activities and initiatives.
• Propose business solution strategies and design approaches based on customer needs, processes, and technical feasibility.
